Chadwick Nott is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join their nationally recognised team operating in Milton Keynes with hybrid working arrangements. The role covers a predominantly real estate caseload for household-name clients across the UK, including breweries, pub groups, hotel brands, restaurants, and leisure operators.
Applicants should have 4+ years' PQE and an interest in the drinks, hospitality and leisure sector, with awareness of related issues such as TUPE, TOGC, capital allowances
Hybrid working
This is a fantastic opportunity for a real estate associate or senior associate to join a leading national firm. Working with L500 rated partners, you will undertake a predominantly real estate caseload, acting for household names across the UK. You will work in a specialist team advising brewers, pub companies, restaurant and bar operators, hotel groups and leisure brands on the full spectrum of property led and operator specific matters.
Dealing with:
You will have 4+ years' PQE and an interest and enthusiasm for the drinks, hospitality and leisure sector.
You will have awareness of operator specific issues that sit alongside real estate, such as TUPE, TOGC, capital allowances and licensing/regulatory considerations (with support from specialists as needed).
