Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join their nationally recognised team operating in Milton Keynes with hybrid working arrangements. The role covers a predominantly real estate caseload for household-name clients across the UK, including breweries, pub groups, hotel brands, restaurants, and leisure operators.

Applicants should have 4+ years' PQE and an interest in the drinks, hospitality and leisure sector, with awareness of related issues such as TUPE, TOGC, capital allowances

Qualifications

• 4+ years of PQE in real estate

Responsibilities

• Dealing with freehold and leasehold site acquisitions and disposals, development and pre-let arrangements
• Day to day estate management including leases, licences, variations, easements and ancillary agreements
