Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking a newly qualified Real Estate Solicitor to join the Milton Keynes team on a hybrid basis, working with L500 partners on a predominantly real estate caseload for household UK names.

You will handle freehold and leasehold site acquisitions and disposals, development and pre‑let arrangements, plus day‑to‑day estate management, landlord and tenant work, licences, variations and easements. An awareness of TUPE, TOGC and regulatory considerations is welcome.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified solicitor with an interest in real estate.
• Experience with freehold/leasehold site acquisitions and disposals.
• Knowledge of landlord and tenant, licences, variations and easements.

NQ Real Estate Solicitor - Milton KeynesHybrid working This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor to join a leading national firm. Working with L500 rated partners, you will undertake a predominantly real estate caseload, acting for household names across the UK. Your responsibilities will include dealing with:

• Freehold and leasehold site acquisitions and disposals, development and pre‑let arrangements, and portfolio re‑gears
• Day‑to‑day estate management including landlord and tenant, licences, variations, easements and ancillary agreements

You will also have awareness of, and an interest in operator‑specific issues that sit alongside real estate, such as TUPE, TOGC, capital allowances and licensing/regulatory considerations.
