Chadwick Nott is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join a hybrid role based in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will handle a predominantly real estate caseload for household UK names, including pubs, hotels and leisure brands, and operate within a specialist team.

This position suits a solicitor with 4+ years PQE who enjoys the drinks, hospitality and leisure sector and can navigate TUPE, TOGC, capital allowances and licensing matters with support from specialists as needed.

Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for a real estate associate or senior associate to join a leading national firm. Working with L500 rated partners, you will undertake a predominantly real estate caseload, acting for household names across the UK. You will work in a specialist team advising brewers, pub companies, restaurant and bar operators, hotel groups and leisure brands on the full spectrum of property led and operator specific matters.

Responsibilities

• Freehold and leasehold site acquisitions and disposals, development and pre let arrangements, and portfolio re gears
• Day to day estate management (L&T, licences, variations, easements and ancillary agreements)

About you

You will have 4+ years' PQE and an interest and enthusiasm for the drinks, hospitality and leisure sector.

You will have awareness of operator specific issues that sit alongside real estate, such as TUPE, TOGC, capital allowances and licensing/regulatory considerations (with support from specialists as needed).
