Job summary

Fieldfisher's Manchester Real Estate team seeks a Solicitor with 1–3 years PQE to join a general transactional real estate role with emphasis on landlord and tenant asset management for landlord clients and corporate occupiers.

You will work on acquisitions, disposals, development sites, investment properties, and asset management matters, collaborating with partners and senior colleagues in a busy office environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 1-3 years post-qualification experience in transactional real estate.
• Experience in landlord and tenant and asset management for landlord clients and corporate occupiers.
• Experience in commercial and residential development transactions.
• Ability to manage matters and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues under supervision.
• Strong drafting and due diligence skills, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assisting partners and senior colleagues on acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold real estate assets.
• Supporting commercial and residential development transactions, including site acquisitions/disposals and development documentation.
• Advising on landlord/tenant and asset management matters for corporate occupiers and landlords.
• Assisting on investment, portfolio and real estate finance transactions and general real estate support.
• Taking responsibility for matters or parts of larger transactions with client contact.
