The Manchester Real Estate group is Tier 1 in the Legal 500, handling retail, mixed-use and office developments, property financing, and landlord-tenant matters. We seek a 6PQE+ candidate with a proven track record, strong academics, and a proactive, client-focused mindset.

Our highly experienced Real Estate group regularly deals with multi-million pound transactions and act for some of the largest property owners and developers in the country.

The Real Estate team in Manchester have been rated as Tier 1 in the Legal 500. We advise on all aspects of Real Estate business including major retail, mixed use and office developments, property financing and commercial landlord and tenant matters and, portfolio acquisitions and disposals.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our office in Manchester.

We are looking for a 6PQE+ to support national and international investors and developers.

The successful candidate will have:
