Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is helping a respected Newcastle firm recruit a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor at NQ–3 PQE to handle leases, acquisitions and development matters within a high-value portfolio. You will work closely with senior lawyers, gaining broad real estate exposure and valuable client contact.

The role offers hybrid working, a competitive salary (£42,000-£55,000) with a bonus scheme and clear progression within a top CRE team.

Qualifications

• NQ–3 years’ PQE, ideally with Commercial Property experience
• A genuine interest in developing a career in Real Estate
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Confidence managing competing priorities
• A proactive and collaborative approach

Responsibilities

• Advising on commercial leases and portfolio matters
• Handling property acquisitions and disposals
• Supporting investment transactions
• Getting involved in development and strategic land work
• Assisting on larger, more complex Real Estate projects
• Advising clients across sectors including investment and leisure
• Working on property finance and refinancing matters
• Building relationships with a varied commercial client base
