We are working with a leading law firm in West Yorkshire that is looking to appoint an experienced Real Estate Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE to join its established and successful team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who wants more than simply managing a caseload. You'll join a respected team handling a broad range of high-quality commercial property work, while having the freedom and support to build your own client relationships, develop your profile and play an active role in business development.

You will work across a varied commercial property caseload, including:

• Commercial property asset management
• Lease agreements and associated matters
• Property development
• Acquisitions and disposals
• General commercial property transactions

You'll work alongside an experienced and collaborative team, advising a diverse client base and handling high-quality work.

Importantly, the firm is keen to support someone who wants to develop their own network and client following. You'll have the opportunity to be proactive with business development, attend networking events and build lasting relationships with clients and professional contacts.

We're looking for a Real Estate Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE who:

• Has solid experience in commercial property

• Can manage their own caseload with confidence
