A Top 100 law firm is looking to make a growth-driven hire into their busy Real Estate department. Applications are invited from ambitious, technically strong Real Estate Associates or Senior Solicitors with broad know-how acquired in a regional, national, or City practice. Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience and interview performance.

The successful Real Estate Solicitor will join a busy team who act for some of the biggest names in real estate investment, development, and asset management. Working alongside an experienced Partner, the day-to-day responsibilities will vary and include:

1. Acquisitions
2. Disposals
3. Leases
4. Commercial real estate development
5. Investment properties
6. Corporate landlord and tenant matters

Attention to detail will be complemented by good negotiating skills and a strong client servicing style.
