Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £75,000–£95,000
Working pattern: Hybrid
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join a highly regarded Top 50 national law firm in Milton Keynes, working with an established team advising clients across the hospitality, leisure and wider consumer-facing sectors.
This role would suit a Senior Associate or Managing Associate looking to take the next step in their career, working on high-quality commercial property matters while developing strong client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
You’ll handle a varied caseload of commercial real estate matters, advising established businesses and sector-leading clients on a range of property transactions and strategic real estate requirements.
The work will include complex acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, investment transactions and portfolio management, alongside supporting clients with their wider property strategies.
You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced colleagues across the wider national team, taking ownership of matters, building client relationships and playing an active role in developing the practice.
You’ll be an experienced Real Estate Solicitor with at least six years’ PQE and a strong background in commercial property. You’ll have the technical ability to manage complex matters independently, together with the confidence to develop client relationships and support more junior members of the team.
Experience advising clients in the hospitality, leisure or wider consumer-facing sectors would be advantageous, alongside a commercially minded approach and an interest in contributing to the continued success of an established national practice.
