Oculus Legal Group is seeking a Real Estate Senior/Managing Associate (6+ PQE) in Milton Keynes. You will handle sophisticated commercial property matters for hospitality, leisure and consumer-facing clients, with a view to developing strong client relationships and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years' PQE in real estate law.
• Strong background in commercial property matters.
• Ability to manage complex matters independently and develop client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload of commercial real estate matters for established clients.
• Advise on acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant, and portfolio management.
• Collaborate with the national team and contribute to practice growth.
