Job summary

Viewber is seeking individuals to conduct freelance property appointments across the UK, including property viewings, meet & greet, video tours, photography, floor plans and inspections. You choose when to take assignments and are paid per appointment, with typical rates such as £19.49 for a standard 30‑minute viewing.

Ideal candidates communicate well, arrive on time, work confidently alone, and hold a current DBS/Disclosure certificate dated within the last three years.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Be punctual, reliable and comfortable working alone.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• A DBS, Disclosure Scotland or AccessNI certificate, dated within the last 3 years

Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings for potential buyers or tenants.
• Meet & greet appointments, video viewings, photography, floor plans, inspections and related tasks as assigned.
• Travel to appointments within your chosen radius and provide professional customer service.

We’re looking for candidates with availability to do freelance property appointments in their spare time. Viewber Member assignments can include Property Viewings, Meet & Greet Appointments, Video Viewings, Photography, Floor Plans, inspections and more.
