Job summary

Viewber | Nationwide Property Support is seeking freelance contributors to walk through properties for potential buyers and tenants in your spare time. Roles include Property Viewings, Meet & Greet, Video Viewings, Photography and Floor Plans, with ability to accept or reject invitations.

Expect payment per appointment, typically £19.49 for a Standard 30-minute Viewing, with higher rates for longer sessions or inspections. You can sign up from anywhere in the UK and set travel radius accordingly.

Qualifications

• Freelance property appointments available in spare time.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Punctual, reliable and comfortable working alone.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• DBS/Disclosure certificate dated within last 3 years is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and meet & greet appointments.
• Provide photography and floor plans when needed.
• Coordinate and respond to appointment invitations within your radius.
• Ensure clear and courteous communication with buyers or tenants.

We’re looking for candidates with availability to do freelance property appointments in their spare time. Viewber Member assignments can include Property Viewings, Meet & Greet Appointments, Video Viewings, Photography, Floor Plans, inspections and more.
