Job summary

Viewber is seeking freelance property appointment specialists across the UK. If you have spare time, you can earn income by conducting property viewings, meet & greet appointments, and photography tasks in your local area.

You will need excellent communication, punctuality, and English fluency; a DBS/Disclosure certificate within 3 years is required. Appointments are offered around your schedule and paid per assignment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Be punctual, reliable and feel comfortable working alone.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• A DBS, Disclosure Scotland or AccessNI certificate, dated within the last 3 years

Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings, meet & greet appointments, video viewings, photography, floor plans and inspections.
• Manage appointments with applicants and coordinate with property hosts.
• Provide clear communication and professional conduct for all engagements.

We’re looking for candidates with availability to do freelance property appointments in their spare time. Viewber Member assignments can include Property Viewings, Meet & Greet Appointments, Video Viewings, Photography, Floor Plans, inspections and more.
