Job summary

Viewber is seeking reliable individuals in the United Kingdom to conduct freelance property appointments in your spare time. Responsibilities include property viewings, meet & greet, video viewings, photography, floor plans, inspections and more.

Payments are made per appointment, typically £19.49 for a standard 30-minute viewing, with higher rates for longer tasks. Applicants must be punctual, fluent in English, and comfortable working independently with a DBS/Disclosure certificate if

• Excellent communication abilities and reliability are essential.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
• DBS, Disclosure Scotland or AccessNI certificate not always required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings, meet & greet appointments, video viewings, photography, floor plans and inspections as requested.
• Coordinate with property owners and Viewber to schedule appointments within your chosen radius.
• Provide professional, courteous service and maintain high standards during every appointment.

We’re looking for candidates with availability to do freelance property appointments in their spare time. Viewber Member assignments can include Property Viewings, Meet & Greet Appointments, Video Viewings, Photography, Floor Plans, inspections and more.
