Job summary

Turner & Townsend is hiring a Professional level Programme Manager in Real Estate Programme Services. You will drive successful delivery of capital real estate programmes, lead small to medium teams, and apply best-practice governance and risk management across projects in government, health, and education sectors.

You will coordinate stakeholders, manage budgets, and ensure benefits realisation while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. A degree in a relevant field is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in programme management with demonstrable benefits delivery.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced real estate programme environment with leadership and organizational capability.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and governance skills.
• Analytical capability and comfort with programme data, dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Programme Delivery: Manage small to medium real estate programmes or support large-scale transformation initiatives with measurable benefits.
• Leadership & Vision: Contribute to set up and delivery of programme direction and inspire teams.
• Programme Governance and Controls: Apply industry methodologies, governance and controls; maintain logs and prepare materials.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Support robust processes for engaging stakeholders.
• Financial Oversight: Support management and reporting of programme-level finances.
• Risk, Health & Safety: Understand governance and risk requirements; ensure safeguards in place.
• People & Team: Promote collaborative, high-performance culture and internal growth.
