Job summary

Gateley is seeking an experienced Post Completion Team Supervisor in Belfast to lead the Real Estate post-completion team. You will ensure accuracy, efficiency and regulatory compliance across registrations, SDLT returns and lender requirements.

You will oversee workloads, drive operational improvements and support development through training and performance reviews while collaborating with partners and paralegals to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience within property law or conveyancing preferred.
• Organised and methodical approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the post-completion team, covering registrations, SDLT returns, lender compliance and related tasks.
• Oversee case allocation, workloads, and performance to meet deadlines and service standards.
• Develop and maintain processes to improve efficiency, accuracy and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with SRA and Law Society of Northern Ireland regulations and client requirements.
• Act as go-to person for complex post-completion queries and escalations.
• Collaborate with partners, solicitors and paralegals to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Provide training, mentoring and regular performance reviews to the team.
• Monitor KPIs and report on team performance, compliance and financial metrics.
• Support firm-wide initiatives including technology adoption and continuous improvement.
