Job summary

LR Legal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Post-Completion Manager for a growing London law firm. The role requires taking ownership of the post-completion function, managing a high-volume caseload and ensuring timely, accurate registrations and SDLT submissions.

You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in post-completion/conveyancing, with strong knowledge of HM Land Registry procedures and proficiency in InfoTrack and LEAP.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience within post-completion/conveyancing.
• Extensive knowledge of the full post-completion process.
• Proven experience handling complex conveyancing matters.
• Strong knowledge of HM Land Registry procedures and requisitions.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the post-completion function.
• Manage a busy caseload of post-completion matters.
• Deal with complex conveyancing matters and resolve issues efficiently.
• Manage HM Land Registry applications, registrations and requisitions.
• Prepare and submit SDLT returns and post-completion requirements.
