As a Real Estate Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Estates Office and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our extensive Port Estate. Your duties will include managing rent reviews, lease agreements, and Head Lease agreements, as well as leading asset management and building surveying initiatives. You will deliver high-quality, customer-oriented services to both our commercial and residential tenants, working closely with various stakeholders. Real Estate Manager Requirements:

1. Professional qualification(s) and/or membership from an appropriate professional body, ideally MRICS in a property-related discipline.
2. A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
3. Expertise in building surveying and maintenance practices.
4. A proven record of engaging with key stakeholders and managing properties effectively.
5. Strong analytical skills with an understanding of financial/budgetary implications.
