Job description

Job Opportunity: Real Estate Manager

Join us as a Real Estate Manager within our Property and Regeneration team! In this role, you will oversee the daily management of the Estates Office and Port Estate, including lease renewals, rent reviews, revenue generation, and delivering excellent customer service.

Your responsibilities will include asset management, landlord-tenant relations, building surveying, and some construction expertise to maintain a high-quality, customer-oriented service for both our commercial and residential tenants.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Professional qualification(s) and/or membership, preferably MRICS (property related), obtained through examination.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in building surveying, facilities management, and maintenance.
  • Proven ability to work with key stakeholders and manage property portfolios.
  • Ability to identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Understanding of financial and budgetary implications.
  • Basic knowledge of business rates and VO functions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Flexibility to work outside normal office hours if required.
  • Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
