Real Estate Litigation Solicitor – Manchester
We have an exciting opportunity for a real estate litigation solicitor to join a national firm in their Manchester office.
The Manchester real estate litigation team has a very successful offering and is part of a wider national team for real estate litigation, ranked highly in the Legal 500.
The team has built a supportive working environment, and this incoming real estate litigation solicitor will be part of a department who both advocate for and support each other. There will also be ample support from senior solicitors and partners and the opportunity to work with partners in other locations, in order to develop and hone skills and knowledge.
There is also an impressive client base across a range of sectors including retail, hospitality, transport, infrastructure, education and telecoms. Work will involve a variety of portfolio matters for investors and corporate occupiers and there will be the opportunity to take responsibility for your own matters (supervised/supported by senior solicitors in the team) which will include liaising directly with clients. These matters often have an international element. The role will also involve assisting senior solicitors and partners on high value, complex real estate litigation matters.
As well as support from the team on the ground, there are also structured training and development opportunities, both firm wide and as part of the national team (often working with the professional support lawyers in the department).
Hybrid working is available too.
