Meraki Talent has been instructed on an exciting new NQ-2PQE Real Estate Solicitor role with a leading firm in Sheffield.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified solicitor (or solicitor up to 2PQE) to join a highly regarded and expanding Real Estate team based in Sheffield. This is a chance to build your career with a top-tier national firm known for its collaborative culture, high-profile clients, and complex, quality work.

The role:

You'll be involved in a broad range of commercial real estate matters including acquisitions and disposals, development projects, landlord and tenant matters, and asset management. Working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, you'll gain hands-on experience from day one and have the opportunity to work with major national clients, including household names, developers, and investors.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting senior team members in complex transactions
• Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
• Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Contributing to business development and client care initiatives

You:

• Are a newly qualified solicitor (or up to 2PQE), ideally with a seat in real estate during your training contract
• Possess strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• Have excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Are proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn and develop
