The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Litigation Senior Associate to join the firm's highly regarded Manchester team and take on a meaningful role within a nationally recognised practice.

Real Estate Litigation is a core part of the firm's wider Disputes offering, with the national team acting for a sophisticated client base across a broad range of complex and high-value commercial property disputes. At this level you will be taking on real responsibility, running matters with increasing autonomy whilst working closely alongside leading partners on the most complex and high-profile instructions.

Work spans landlord and tenant disputes, lease disputes, development disputes, property related contractual claims, dilapidations, rights of way, restrictive covenants and a broad range of other contentious real estate matters. The team acts for major commercial landlords, occupiers, developers, investors and businesses, giving you exposure to clients and disputes that would typically be associated with much larger City practices.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE in Real Estate Litigation or Property Litigation
• Confident running your own matters and working with increasing autonomy
• Keen to develop your practice and profile within a leading international firm
