JMC Legal Recruitment in Manchester are representing a Top 30 international firm seeking a Real Estate Litigation Senior Associate with 4+ years PQE to join their nationally recognised disputes team. You will work directly with leading partners, taking on substantial matters from day one.

Responsibilities include landlord and tenant disputes, lease disputes, development disputes and related property claims, with increasing autonomy and a clear pathway toward partnership for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE in Real Estate Litigation or Property Litigation.
• Confident running your own matters with increasing autonomy.
• Keen to develop your practice and profile within a leading international firm.
• Ambitious and looking towards partnership over the longer term.

Responsibilities

• Handle landlord and tenant disputes, lease disputes, and development disputes.
• Manage property-related contractual claims and dilapidations.
• Advise clients and run high-value real estate litigation matters with increasing autonomy.
