MAP Legal is working on behalf of a leading UK law firm with a strong reputation in the real estate sector. The firm acts for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, major property companies, top developers, funders, and corporate occupiers across a wide spectrum of real estate matters. With real estate at the core of its practice, the firm delivers comprehensive legal solutions that also span tax, corporate, planning, construction, and litigation.

This opportunity sits within the Private Developer Team, a key division of the broader Real Estate Group. The team represents some of the largest private residential developers in the UK, offering high-profile, technically challenging work in a collaborative environment.

Key areas of focus include:

Site acquisition and disposal
Ongoing asset management
Liaison with internal specialists across related legal disciplines
Regular direct client contact and relationship building

The ideal candidate will bring:

Significant experience as an Associate or Senior Associate within a respected real estate practice
Proven expertise in complex residential development work, particularly within urban environments
A proactive mindset and eagerness to seize learning and development opportunities

You will enjoy solving complex legal problems, managing competing priorities, and collaborating with a dynamic, highly experienced team. This is a chance to work on landmark housing development projects and gain exposure to some of the UK’s most prominent real estate clients.
