Job description

GRS is collaborating with a UK based Legal Resource Services Provider who are seeking a Lawyer to work with them on a 6 - 12-month contract on a remote working basis. We are looking for an experienced qualified lawyer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience focusing on the review and negotiation of investment-related NDAs, non-reliance letters, and general commercial agreements. In this role you’ll oversee the full contract lifecycle from initial review through to negotiation and execution with the support of established playbooks. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    Review and negotiate commercial agreements and NDAs within client-specified turnaround times (typically within 24–48 hours).
    Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle — from initial review to execution — using client playbooks and internal guidance.
    Collaborate directly with clients and counterparties, serving as a key legal advisor in contract negotiations.
    Identify and drive efficiencies in contract review and negotiation processes.
    Work autonomously while ensuring quality, consistency, and responsiveness.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
    Qualified lawyer with 2–5 years PQE.
    Experience in a transactional legal role, ideally within an in-house legal team or working closely with financial services clients.
    Thrives in a fast-moving and evolving environment, demonstrating the ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
    Strong background in commercial contracts, with the ability to manage multiple matters under tight deadlines.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a pragmatic, commercially-minded approach.
    Available to commit to a 6 to 12 month contract with an immediate start.
