Real Estate Investment Analyst - REPE

Caravel are supporting a Real Estate Private Equity firm in their search for a new Investment Analyst to join an expanding, entrepreneurial team.

With over £1.5bn of assets under management, our client specialises in the acquisition, development, redevelopment, and asset management of premium commercial real estate assets based in prime locations in-and-around London.

The Investment Analyst will support with the analysis, underwriting and execution of new investments, resolving asset management and portfolio level issues as well. You will be maintaining and updating financial models for their existing portfolio and creating new ones to assess investment opportunities.

What experience do you need?

• A strong academic background with a degree, in Real Estate, Finance or Economics.

• Excellent skills in creating, calculating and interpreting complex financial models using MS Excel.
• Able to take financial data and create high quality memos for the investment committee.

Package + Other information

Basic - £55-65,000

Target bonus - 25%

Office-based 5 days a week with every other Friday working from home. Office 5 mins walk from Bond Street & Marylebone.
