In this role, you will support the Investment and Fund Management teams with a focus on transactions, financial modelling, reporting, and investment strategy.

How you'll spend your time...

• Working closely with the Investment Teams:
• Property-level cash flow analysis including writing bespoke cash flow models and error/sense checking external models
• Regular and ad-hoc fund-level analytics including scenario testing to understand evolution of sector weightings, liquidity management, and compliance with mandate restrictions
• Preparation of slide decks / presentations for capital raising and investor updates
• Collation and generation of information for investor reporting including fund level data points and assisting with macroeconomic and property market commentary
• General data management across Investment Team
• Assistance with acquisitions and disposals
• Collation of regular updates from asset management team for reporting / debt reporting
• Ongoing research projects into macro trends, capital flows, emerging sector trends, etc.

To be successful in this role you will have

• Degree level education
• Willingness to work autonomously, leading projects and work item delivery with respect to cash flow modelling and data collation
• A strong interest in the real estate sector
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess multiple data points
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Willingness to challenge and communicate, able to influence peers to deliver on operational risk responsibilities
