Part of a 2bn turnover group, this role is part of a private investment business, focused on multi-asset investment including Real Estate, mainly for Family Wealth. The overall AUM is circa 1bn, and this would be a senior role in a lean team.

Your new role

As an Analyst, your focus will be on analyzing the current investment portfolio and acquisition opportunities, reporting to the investment teams, and owning project budgets. The role requires someone comfortable working in a growing investment team, supporting business needs, and delivering highly commercial and operational outputs.

What you'll need to succeed

You should have a background in investment or accounting with skills in financial analysis and modeling, ideally related to real asset sectors like Real Estate, Infrastructure, or Energy. Demonstrable ability to work independently and deliver strategic information for decision-making is essential. Valuations experience would be highly desirable.
