Metro Bank Bristol is seeking a Real Estate Finance specialist to lead support for credit origination and relationship management in commercial property lending. You will act as the external face to the property market, evaluating opportunities and guiding transactions from initial inquiry through approval.

You will work across risk, credit, and onboarding teams, build influential market networks, and maintain focus on compliant, customer‑centred outcomes.

Competenze

• Specialist sector knowledge within commercial Real Estate Finance.
• Experience in report writing and deal structuring for credit origination.
• Strong understanding of risk management and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience delivering transaction sizes between £2.5-£5m.
• Knowledge of commercial banking and property lending.

Mansioni

• Manage an active portfolio of Real Estate customers and grow the bank with new customers.
• Evaluate lending opportunities and financial metrics, with risk considerations.
• Build relationships with market professionals to strengthen Metro Bank's brand.
• Provide KYC support and coordinate with On-boarding and Financial Crime teams.
• Deliver and structure commercial property lending deals across asset classes.
• Ensure compliance with AML, TCF, and regulatory frameworks.
