You will structure lending deals across residential/commercial portfolios, perform financial analysis, ensure AML/TCF compliance, and collaborate with Credit, Lending & Securities teams.

Qualifications

• Specialist sector knowledge in commercial Real Estate Finance.
• Experience in credit origination and deal structuring.
• Strong understanding of Risk, AML and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Real Estate as Metro Bank’s external face to the property market.
• Manage an active portfolio of Real Estate customers and pursue new business.
• Evaluate lending opportunities and financial metrics with risk considerations.
• Gather financial information and perform analysis for lending decisions.
• Develop relationships with market professionals to grow the brand.
• Coordinate onboarding, including KYC and compliance with Financial Crime teams.
