Job summary

Fidelity International is seeking an ESG Data and Reporting Manager for its Real Estate team in London. You will manage ESG data quality, governance and reporting, collaborating with investment, research, asset management and technology teams to deliver accurate, timely insights across funds and portfolios.

You will own data collection, KPI development and external reporting frameworks, including GRESB and SFDR disclosures, while driving process improvements and AI-enabled opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in European real estate and ESG/sustainability.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of another European language is a benefit.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to lead data governance and reporting initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and continually improve ESG data quality, governance and reporting processes.
• Develop and monitor ESG data KPIs and data standards across the data lifecycle.
• Oversee the real estate ESG data platform and collaborate with FIL Platforms and external providers.
• Coordinate data from external managers and internal sources for acquisitions, asset management and reporting.
• Lead annual data collection and reporting for GRESB and other sustainability disclosures.
• Prepare data packs for client, debt and regulatory reporting.
