Your Role and What You'll Be Doing

The team are known for their work in the Real Estate sector, specifically working on commercial and residential real estate disputes/property litigation, with a particular focus on landlord and tenant litigation and acts for investors, developers, retailers and corporate occupiers managing their national property portfolios.

You will also work, alongside other team members and colleagues in our national Restructuring and Insolvency team, acting for Law of Property Act Receivers, high street and private banks dealing with both insolvency-related property litigation and high value complex mortgage litigation.

You'll work to participate in relevant practice development initiatives, seek to get involved with business development opportunities and keep up to date with changes in relevant law and practice.
