Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Data Research Analyst to join our European Research team. You will own property market datasets, drive data quality, and deliver dashboards and client-ready outputs across Europe.

This role blends real estate market insight with data technology and cross-border collaboration. You will work closely with researchers, brokers, and senior stakeholders to transform complex data into clear insights, supporting investment and leasing decisions on a global scale.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, research analysis, market intelligence, or similar data-driven roles.
• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, analysis and reporting.
• Experience with databases and SQL for extracting and managing data.
• Experience creating dashboards and visualisations; Power BI experience is advantageous.
• Comfortable working with cloud-based data platforms and large datasets.
• Excellent attention to detail and proactive data quality checks.
• Strong communication to explain data and insights to diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, validate, and enhance property market and financial data across multiple datasets.
• Collect, cleanse, and manage both aggregate and transaction-level market data from various sources.
• Collaborate with Research teams across Europe to develop and maintain datasets.
• Prepare and distribute data for internal stakeholders, brokers, clients, and leadership.
• Support analysis of market trends and share data and outputs with colleagues and clients.
• Support dashboards, reports, and data visualisations to aid decision-making.
• Track key market fundamentals such as rents, leasing activity, vacancy rates, and yields.
• Respond to data requests with accurate information within timelines.
• Partner with global teams to standardise data reporting and practices.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve data processes and quality.
