Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Data Research Analyst to join our European Research team. You will own property market datasets, transform complex information into meaningful insights, and contribute to dashboards and client-ready outputs across local and global scales.

You will collaborate with researchers, brokers, and senior stakeholders, leveraging advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI to deliver accurate data and impactful reporting. Hybrid work and global projects are possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, research, or market intelligence.
• Advanced Excel with data manipulation, lookup functions, pivot tables, and reporting.
• Experience with databases and SQL for extracting and managing data.
• Experience creating dashboards; Power BI is advantageous.
• Comfortable with cloud-based data platforms and large datasets.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive data quality checks.
• Excellent communication to explain data and insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, validate, and enhance property market data across multiple datasets.
• Collect, cleanse, and manage market data from internal and external sources.
• Collaborate with European Research teams to develop datasets.
• Prepare and distribute data for stakeholders, brokers, clients, and leadership.
• Support analysis of market trends and share data outputs.
• Help create dashboards, reports, and data visualisations to support decisions.
• Track and report key market fundamentals such as rents and vacancy rates.
• Respond to data requests with accuracy and timely delivery.
• Partner with global teams to drive data standards and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve data processes and automation.
• Ensure data governance and integrity across outputs.
