Job summary

Marsh is hiring an Apprentice Associate Client Advisor (Property/Real Estate) in the UK. This entry-level role offers training in risk and insurance with exposure to a leading global broker’s Real Estate practice.

You will support renewal activities, client onboarding and data collection, while developing expertise across property owners and investors. Hybrid work with external clients is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a client/customer facing role, e.g. retail or hospitality.
• 5 GCSEs at grades 9–4 including English & Maths.
• Ability to manage workload and prioritise to tight timescales.
• Awareness of client business, insurance programmes and service plans.
• Competency in Marsh business systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Participate in renewal strategy activities with the Client Executive and Senior Client Advisors.
• Assist in renewal data collection and presenting information to underwriters.
• Request Claims Reports from TPAs and Loss Adjusters.
• Contribute to market presentations and renewal documents.
• Own the client onboarding process for new and expanding clients.
• Prepare and issue renewal documentation and invoices.
