Job summary

Marsh is seeking an Apprentice Associate Client Advisor (Property/Real Estate) to join our Real Estate practice in the UK. The role offers training, exposure to a wide range of clients, and the chance to build specialist expertise in property insurance and broking solutions.

You will participate in renewal activities, assist with data collection and reports, and own onboarding and billing processes while developing deep client service capabilities in a leading global broker.

Qualifications

• Some customer-facing experience, retail, hospitality or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage workload and priorities to multiple timescales.
• Develop awareness of client businesses, insurance programmes and service plans.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn Marsh systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with Marsh divisions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in renewal strategy activities with the Client Exec and Senior Client Advisors.
• Assist in renewal data collection and present information to underwriters.
• Request Claims Reports from TPAs and Loss Adjusters.
• Create market presentations and renewal documents reflecting strategy.
• Own onboarding process for new clients and expansions.
• Prepare renewal reports and manage premium billing, collection and settlement.
• Prepare renewal documentation including invoices and evidence of cover.
• Handle complex account and administration queries.
• Support senior colleagues with project reports.
