Job summary

Marsh Commercial is seeking an Associate Client Advisor / Trainee Insurance Broker to service a dedicated client portfolio, handle renewals and quotes, and upsell products after initial training.

You will embark on an 18-month apprenticeship funded program leading to Chartered insurance qualifications, based in our modern offices with opportunities for progression within the Marsh Group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a client/customer facing role.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Right to Work in the UK (visa sponsorship not provided).
• Minimum 5 GCSEs at grades 9–4 (incl English & Maths).
• Ability to multitask and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service on all aspects of account management for our clients.
• Speak with clients daily via telephony and email.
• Utilise insurance broking systems daily.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and provide suitable products to mitigate risk.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and client satisfaction.
• Develop relationships with insurer partners to better serve clients.
