Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Real Estate - Business Development Associate to join our London, UK team. This role involves leasing apartments that meet Blueground standards, focusing on expanding our apartment supply in key London neighborhoods to support our growth.

Responsibilities
  • Research and source qualified properties through market investigation (landlords, developers, estate agencies).
  • Build and maintain a pipeline via networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and local market knowledge.
  • Present Blueground’s value proposition to landlords, estate agents, and partners.
  • Manage the full deal cycle, including contracts and negotiations.
  • Use internal tools to analyze and create lease offers.
  • Negotiate contract renewals and rates according to market conditions.
  • Handle property condition issues and landlord escalations.
  • Communicate with landlords and agents, negotiate pricing, and administer contracts.
  • Collaborate with operations to onboard new properties smoothly.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to get things done.
  • Existing network of landlords, developers, and estate agents in Central London is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Central London real estate market.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Quick thinking and deal-making abilities.
  • Passion for aesthetic housing and home inspection skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
