The Opportunity:

This role is ideal for a 2-3 PQE Real Estate lawyer who's ready to take ownership of quality matters within a dynamic, full-service practice. You'll join a highly collaborative team that offers the full spectrum of commercial property work - from acquisitions, disposals and leasing, to real estate finance, corporate support and inward investment.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Advising on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, portfolio management and landlord & tenant issues.
- Acting for a diverse client base - from global brands and tech start-ups to heritage institutions and property companies.
- Supporting corporate teams on real estate aspects of M&A, joint ventures and reorganisations.
- Contributing to business development and client relationship management.
- Working autonomously on your own caseload, with strong partner support and mentoring.

Candidate Requirements:

- A UK-qualified solicitor with 2-3 years' PQE in commercial real estate.
- Strong technical skills, commercial acumen and a genuine enthusiasm for the property sector.
- A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to client work and team contribution.
- A desire to develop professionally within a progressive, inclusive and non-hierarchical environment.
