Key Responsibilities

Lead and support on a variety of real estate transactions from start to finish
Draft and negotiate a wide range of transactional documents
Manage conditions precedent, checklists, and closing deliverables
Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to progress matters

About You

England & Wales qualified solicitor with 5PQE+
Strong real estate experience from a reputable UK, US, or City law firm
Excellent drafting, commercial, and transaction management skills
Strong communicator with the ability to handle multiple matters independently
