They are seeking an individual at Analyst or Associate level to work across a dynamic European portfolio encompassing a range of commercial, residential, and alternative asset classes.

The responsibilities include:

• Sourcing and building detailed financial models to evaluate investments across Europe, involving multiple asset classes
• Access to mentorship and collaboration with investment professionals throughout the transaction process
• Preparing high-quality internal investment memorandums
• Supporting Asset and Development Management strategies by collaborating with colleagues across different scenarios
