This boutique, partner-led firm is recognised as a market leader in UK commercial real estate law. Clients range from institutional investors, private equity funds, and major developers to landowners, banks, occupiers, and educational institutions. This is a growth role for a 2-4 PQE Associate with strong experience in commercial real estate transactions. You'll join a high-performing and collegiate team working on some of the most exciting projects across the UK - from urban regeneration schemes and strategic land developments to investment acquisitions, portfolio management, and high-value lettings.

You'll play a key role in delivering end-to-end advice on:

- The acquisition and disposal of investment and occupational real estate
- Complex landlord and tenant matters across retail, office, and industrial assets
- Large-scale development and regeneration projects, including site assembly
- Strategic land and planning-related issues
- Secured lending and real estate finance transactions
- Proactive asset and portfolio management for national clients
