The ideal candidate

  • At least 2 years in residential or commercial estate agency, with a solid track record in sales and/or lettings.
  • Strong understanding of property valuations, pricing, negotiations, and local market trends.
  • Motivated, self-driven, and passionate about delivering great results for clients.
  • Confident communicator with excellent people skills-comfortable engaging with clients face-to-face. A driving licence is a plus.
