About Our Client

Our client, the leading independent estate agency in Fulham, has built a strong reputation since 2008 in sales, lettings, and property management. They are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for high-quality service and property to join their dynamic team.

About the Role

You will balance office tasks with property viewings & building strong relationships with potential renters and understanding their needs. When not conducting viewings, you will communicate with applicants and landlords, handle negotiations, and manage inquiries. Upon agreeing on a 'let,' you will oversee the process, facilitating contract signings, culminating in handing over the keys to new tenants.

Key responsibilities:

• Booking and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers
• Maintaining accurate records and providing market advice where necessary
• Supporting the wider team in achieving branch targets
