Surveyor - Residential Development Valuation - London - Up to £42k + Car Allowance + Benefits

A leading consultancy is looking to recruit a Newly qualified / Surveyor to join their growing residential development valuation team in London. The successful candidate will undertake a range of residential valuation projects across the private, social, and public sectors.

The Role:

Perform thorough inspections across a range of residential properties to assess their condition, location, and marketability Compile accurate, detailed valuation reports based on property inspections, market conditions, and comparable data Research and analyse property market trends, pricing, and sales to establish fair market values Communicate effectively with clients, providing valuation insights and responding to inquiries related to property valuations Ensure valuations are compliant with industry regulations and professional RICS standards, and adhere to local and national guidelines Work closely with internal teams, including brokers, real estate agents, and property managers, to provide accurate and up-to-date property values Maintain accurate records of all valuations and ensure timely submission of reports to clients and relevant parties Identify potential risks related to property value and condition that could affect client decision-making

Skills Required:

Newly Qualified or 1 year PQE Good report writing skills Experience using Argus Developer, Excel, PowerPoint and Word Analytical approach with attention to detail and a good work ethic. Interest and passion for residential development valuation
