Magnus Church of England Academy invites applications for a Graduate Intern for Reading. You will support students to develop reading skills through high-quality 1:1 and small group tutoring, helping fluency, comprehension, vocabulary and phonics where appropriate.

Work flexibly across provisions with SENCOs and literacy coordinators, track learner progress, provide feedback to learners, parents and teachers, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Responsabilités

• Deliver 1:1 and small group reading sessions.
• Assess learners' reading abilities and needs.
• Support literacy across academy across departments.
• Provide feedback and keep session records.
• Adapt sessions for varied abilities and needs.
• Collaborate with SENCOs and teachers.
