Job summary

Caring Homes is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant at Tarring Manor in Worthing, offering £13.35 per hour for full-time roles (36 or 48 hours per week). Shifts are 12 hours, 8am–8pm, with alternate weekends.

You will provide personalised care, respect residents’ dignity, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards. We provide comprehensive training, apprenticeship opportunities, and a warm, supportive, inclusive workplace where residents and staff are valued.
