Job summary

Holroyd Howe is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our education catering team at one of our prestigious education settings in Worcester. You will deliver high standards, maintain presentation, and support service with enthusiasm.

The role is 40 hours per week, including Saturdays, with a focus on budgeting, menu costing and adherence to Health & Safety standards. A supportive environment with ongoing training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in education catering is essential.
• Ability to cost menus and plan within budgets.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations is required.
• Strong communication and coaching skills with a team.
• Passion for food and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present food to the highest standards.

The essential ingredient at the heart of our business is our people so we are searching for an experienced

Chef de Partie with a background in exceptional food catering services to join our business and work at one of our highly prestigious education settings. Must be willing to work Saturdays.

40 hours per week on a 52 week contract.

Qualifications

• Ideally have experience working within Education catering
• Have a progressive career to date
• Be up to date with current food trends
• Have a real passion for food and customer service
• Have good Health & Safety knowledge
• Be able to work within set budgets
• Know how to cost and plan menus accurately
• Be familiar with training and coaching a team
