Job summary

Abimatic Care Ltd is recruiting experienced Complex Care Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in clients’ own homes in the Wolverhampton area. You will follow individual care plans and clinical guidance to support dignity, independence, safety and quality of life.

Responsibilities may include personal care, medication administration, moving and handling, continence care, nutrition and hydration, pressure care and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Complex Care Worker or in similar home-care settings.
• Ability to follow care plans and clinical guidance.
• Competence with documentation and monitoring observations.

Responsibilities

Abimatic Care Ltd is recruiting experienced and compassionate Complex Care Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex health needs in their own homes.

You will support clients to maintain their dignity, independence, safety and quality of life, following individual care plans and clinical guidance. Responsibilities may include personal care, medication administration, moving and handling, continence care, nutrition and hydration, pressure care, monitoring observations and accurate documentation.

Depending on the individual care package and your assessed competencies, you may also support clients with PEG feeding, NIV/CPAP, cough assist, suctioning, nebulisers, oxygen therapy, catheter care, diabetes management and other complex clinical needs.
